I know that some girls don’t like training lifting cos they don’t want to look “manly”, but that won’t happen. Us ladies don’t have the same levels of testosterone as men. Men are genetically more capable of building a lot of muscle way faster than us.
People do lift weights to add size, but resistance training burns a shit load of calories and is so effective for fat loss 🔥 Plus as you’re strength and muscle mass increases, so will the amount of calories you burn! 🔥
Strength training while trying to lose weight will help you keep those feminine curves and can reduce the loss of bone mass and risk of osteoporosis as we age.
