Been feeling really bloated and sluggish since my last workout was on Wednesday, so I decided to wake up extra early today and do a quick 45 min high intensity workout and the ENDORPHINS 👏🏽ARE👏🏽PUMPING. I feel amazing! Ready for the days activities. Happy Sunday🌸

Quick 10 week body update... I've just completed week 10 of my 12 week programme. In that time I've managed to loose 3 cm around my waist (my biggest struggle point!) and gain 3.5 cm around my hips ( yay to booty gains💃🏽💃🏽). My body is also just alot more toned overall. Most of you know that I don't weigh myself, so I can't tell you what the difference in weight is. I'm happy with the results so far, but I haven't been prioritising rest as much as I should, and I can feel it starting to take a toll on my body, so that is something I need to work on. Opened up week 11 with an awesome leg session this morning💪🏽 Happy Monday to you all. Wishing you a productive week. Keep warm in this miserable weather🌸
