Make your own labna by draining a quantity of Greek-yoghurt overnight in the fridge. Instructions are on the Cook's Companion App, which you can download in the App store. Here is a lovely and simple snack for sharing with friends or family. Spread a mould of labna in the centre of a plate and surround it with extra-virgin olive oil. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and finely chopped fresh mint and serve with toasted pita bread triangles for scooping.
