🌟 TODAY IS THE DAY!!! 🌟
Today is the day I draw a LINE IN THE SAND. Since I completed a full round of our newest program, I've been DILLY DALLYING and haven't been 100% in my fitness. My nutrition (which you all know is my biggest struggle) have been OFF completely. .
I'm someone who needs a PLAN, and SUPPORT and ACCOUNTABILITY. Thank God I have all that at my finger tips and can dive in at any point. Enough is enough, I'm done. 👊🏻
By January 15th, I plan on being in THE BEST shape I've ever been in. 🙌🏻 HERE is my plan to make it happen (and it could be yours too, jus sayin 😘) .
🗓Today - Oct 8th 👉🏻 Weight lifting/cardio program. 🗓Oct 9th - Oct 29 👉🏻 Weight lifting/cardio program, but intensified. 🗓Oct 30 - Dec 24 👉🏻 Pilates, yoga, weights, cardio hybrid program. 🗓Dec 25 - Dec 31 👉🏻 An intro program for our NEW one coming in January. 🗓Jan 1 - Jan 15 👉🏻 Back to weight lifting/ cardio, intensified. 🗓Jan 15 👉🏻 Start our new program!!! .
THINGS TO KNOW:: 1️⃣ You can ALWAYS ALWAYS join me!!! Accountability and support are game changers and we can be in this together. 👭
2️⃣ I have meal plans to follow (and superfoods to drink) that will give me EVERYTHING my body needs, without the guess work. But I WILL enjoy things I love from time to time. Once a week is the goal!!! 3️⃣ I totally plan to still enjoy my holiday season, but in moderation. People usually QUIT any health related goals this time of year and start the year miserable and unhappy. NOT THIS GIRL. ✋🏻
4️⃣ By Jan 15th- I WILL BE in a completely different place physically, and if you want to join- let's do this!!! 💪🏻
