Squats: Week 1/4 of 3rd program this year. 5x90kg, 5x100kg and 6x115kg with a bit of poor form.
Squats are my least favourite lift and I've got stuck at the bottom before and it's put the fear in me. Trying to do my best till they become my easiest lift.
Current max is only 150kg. Nothing special 😭 If progress continues as well as it has been I'm hoping for 170/175kg for the Rookie Power NIPF event in August, and should hopefully finish the year around the 195/200kg mark. Fingers crossed 🤞
