As I shared yesterday, I added in lap swimming to my morning routine to compliment a 1-mile walk, band exercises, and stretching. I could barely do 6 lengths back and forth without stopping a few seconds between.
Well, this morning I was able to do 10-lengths, stopping only once, long enough to scold #ZeusandAthena from barking (I think they could sense my struggle 😆).
I am proud to say that I did my excellence! 🤙#ponolife
