Every day my head turns more and more into a tree😂
Kind of like the seed of enlightenment within every human being, if you water and nurture it; it will blossom into something tremendously incredible.
I have been caring and nurturing mine for some time now. Leaves have come, branches have come, roots have grown stronger. The clarity of my perception and the stability of my mind and emotions has also grown with each new progression. •
I know this is not the "real thing" but for what is within me, waiting to blossom in full vibrance- I cannot help but admire the journey. It is a constant and empowering process towards liberation- in every sense of the word. No, it won't always be sunshine and rainbows as there is constant unwinding and burning of past accumulations. However, these things will no longer latch themselves into your present and future experience of life. Whatever past impressions one may have, will no longer have any influence on how you experience the present moment. •
I know a lot of people, including myself, have let past experiences and impressions influence how they live the present reality. That means you let the past, which doesn't even exist anymore, dictate the rest of your life and how you relate to the world around you. Essentially, this means that we are suffering our memory, or the past accumulations and attachments of our mind.
Likewise, we are equally capable of suffering whatever we have imagined to be possible in future, in the present reality. This is a very large part of human suffering- we are suffering our own memory and imagination. This obviously means that we are not living our lives as fully capable and stable human beings, but as slaves to what we think and imagine. We have let our minds rule us for far too long. What we think has become far more important than the phenomenon of life unfortunately. We are basically living our lives through the limited and delusional scope of our psychological dramas. Most people don't even see the difference between what is them, and what is their body and mind.
That being said, today is #internationaldayofyoga
I hope you'll check the link in my bio;)
