Today's Kratom smoothie was one of the best we've tried! 1 cup of almond chocolate milk + big handful of berries + chocolate protein(optional) + dash of cinammon + one big spoon of yogurt + your normal kratom dosage. If you like your smoothies a bit sweeter you can try adding honey.
