This video was named FAT vs SLIM cos being slim doesn't always mean u are fit & strong. In fact fat people tend to have more muscle underneath their fat. Hence, they are stronger than an average slim individual.
So even as much as we say being fat isn't healthy, being Slim & unfit isn't healthy too! Whether u are fat or slim exercise is very important!
This also goes for those who only diet & starve themselves to get slim. Without including exercise u will lose muscle mass which will affect u in the long run. Ur strength level & metabolism will drop along side other side effects.
To Be Fit u have to combine EXERCISE & HEALTHY EATING!
