Vegem seitan kebab with fries. Unfortunately even after careful inspection from my behalf there was e120 in the Korv Göran's Hot Chili sauce, so not 100% vegan.
As a barely new vegan I don't even understand why it is so common ingredient. Surely nature provides much better red colors. @goranskebab please consider removing that from your product. Your normal kebabsauce already is very good, and vegan!
Made it from Sunnuntai pie dough, of course Vöner, Alpro unsweetened soyghurt and Violife Smoked Flavour. It also has spring onions, grilled bell pepper and Greek pepperonies. Served with Korv Görans kebabsauce.
The main ingredient today was Likemeat's Veggie Kebab Chunks (soy chunks, taste's like chicken) and Santa Maria Chicken Taco rub.
Made tortillas for lunch and burger for supper. Same ingredients were mostly used, but for tortillas I added Korv Görans kebabsauce and Auran chilimayo, and for burger I chose Bööga Ranch burgersauce and sriracha. Also readymade Native guacamole was used, and Violife Smoked Flavour for burger.
