※ INGREDIENTS: -1 Boneless Chicken, Ready-To-Eat Rice, Egg, Shredded Green Onion, Seasoned Seaweed Powder, Kimchi -Seasoning Sauce: 1 Tbsp Sugar, 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic, 2 Tbsp Grinded Onion, 3 Tbsp Cooking Wine, 3 Tbsp Plum Extract, 6 Tbsp Jin Soy Sauce, 3 Tbsp Corn Syrup, 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil, Pepper ※ PREPARATION
1. Make seasoning sauce with the ingredients. Keep 5 Tbsp seasoning sauce in a different container for later use. Marinate 1 boneless chicken with seasoning sauce for 20 minutes.
2. Oil the pan and cook marinated chicken over low heat for 15 minutes.
3. Enjoy it with shredded green onion and seasoning sauce.
4. Tear left over chicken and mix it with rice, seasoned seaweed powder. Finish off with fried egg.
