Those who truly know me would know that I'm so not a competitive person and joining UFLL is for sure a wild thing for me to do (+ submission 2 hari sebelum UTS). On the first day I already felt intimidated by the 29 uber high achieving individuals.... and of c I felt small #literaldebu, heck I was silent at first. But just in a few hours everything changed because they were SOOOO nice and all and the vibe was just comfortable.
Honestly the 5+ days didn't felt like a competition (except for the presentation day lol). The greatest thing about UFLL is that it's not only a competition and seminars but a camp about networks, purpose, and personal development which they highlighted so much. It also got me thinking about whether I belong in the FMCG industry (u h m).
One can easily dismiss it as "ah namanya juga employer branding", but everyone involved (including the managers, heads, VP, coaches, mentors, and the committee Kak @tommyocsara, Mbak @puput00puput, and the newly graduated @kevinkotta) seemed so sincere (atau lebih tepat "tulus-ly" lol) that I simply couldn't appreciate them enough. Also for the other 29 fighters: thank you, thank you, thank you!
p.s. masih nyesel sama pengakuan di malam terakhir #why
