Life in the fast lane can be exhilarating but it can also be scary at times. Sometimes I feel like I’m stuck in the fast lane and can’t change lanes and that everything is out of my control and that the more I try to control it the faster I end up going. Anxiety sucks but it doesn’t define who I am. I like to think that the more time I spend in the fast lane the better I become at handling ‘life’ and everything it throws at me but in reality it’s the time I spend in the slow lane that makes me better prepared for everything. I’m so grateful for my at home workouts that allow me to escape the chaos and channel this crazy energy I have that I swear travels to my mind if I don’t expend it exercising but most of all I’m so thankful for my incredible tribe who pick me up when I’m down, who encourage me to give my best every day and who inspire me to be a better person.
