If it's truly gonna be over 70°F tomorrow, it's totally dress and cardi weather. And I might bust out the @deer_and_doe_patterns #ddbelladone to wear with my #hauchcardigan take 2 (pattern coming this weekend, just in time for my Wear It KAL. You knew I was doing a KAL, right? More details in my Ravelry group)
The cardigan uses lightweight fingering weight yarn, but at a quick and airy gauge where it won't take forever to knit. Knit top down, in one piece with raglan increases, you can easily make the sleeves (or body) shorter or longer as you see fit! I originally wanted to make it short sleeved, but liked the yarn so much, I kept going 😁
In fact I was so obsessed with the pattern, I made 2 (this is the second one) and I am still contemplating adding more multiples to the mix, which I almost never do! But it's so functional and versatile and so very, very useful for layering.
I don't trust this summer weather though, it's February... AND I am working on a thick and cozy #lopi sweater coat!
