Step up with knee lift is one of the many #metabolic intervals I use for both myself and my clients. It has lots of benefits and is great for fat burn!
Reasons it’s 💣.com:
1️⃣ it’s a full body #exercise (even though legs get that extra love)
2️⃣ if you stabilize your #core correctly it’s great ab work
3️⃣ it gets your heart rate up (ie burns extra calories)
4️⃣ it tests and challenges your #stability
5️⃣ it increases your #endurance
Add it in between your strength routines sets for that extra something. 30 seconds is my go to, but do what you like (and need) 😉 And remember, the higher you have to step, the more killer it feels 🔪
