I haven't posted my food in a while. Though I don't eat supper exciting food, I know folks who are interested in what Vegan Keto looks like need visuals.
First pic is tofu scramble with broccoli. Second, my favorite dessert ever... Peanut butter pie from Cafe Sunflower. This or is in no way keto, but I went to dinner with a dear friend and we were celebrating.
Third, another tofu scramble with 4 blended Avocados, relish and tahini drizzled on top. Last pic is something new. I keep hearing about Kite Hill products and I want sold on buying anything. I came across this cream cheese and decided I might as well give it a try. It's pretty good. Won't eat it every day, but it’s pretty good. I paired it with Flackers flax seed crackers. Made a great snack.
I am still eating vegan keto. However, if I know I will be super active over the weekend, I will allow for a little treat if I want it. I still feel very good. Every is high and I've added a new layer to my eating lifestyle.... OMAD (one meal a day). I'll share more about it later. I'm testing it right now to see if this is something I can do the majority of the time. OMAD is a form of intermittent fasting. I'm still eating, just in a smaller window. My keto macros are still within keto guidelines.
