It's #kitchenbymushie again!!! I'm in the midst of revising for my final exam, and preparing a masters presentation for Friday, so @mushie805 is on kitchen duty for a few days! And her first meal, claypot tofu, was super tasty! Thanks @nick_filandras and @juulialim for the background conversation 😂
Apparently I failed to mention that @mushie805 did most of the work on the dough for yesterday's pizza, so today I have to make sure you know that this is very much #kitchenbymushie! I had basketball until fairly late, so she cooked up this garlicy pasta, with a kick of chilli and fresh basil, aubergine and mushrooms, topped with parmesan and more basil!

I'm posting at bad times at the moment because I'm trying to recover ready and work hard at the same time 😂 this was #kitchenbymushie food tonight! Pumpkin rice! And it was very tasty (but crazy filling)!
One more paper tomorrow... At least there's #kitchenbymushie miso ramen to get me through! Absolutely delicious ramen noodle soup, with egg, noodles, dumplings, tomatoes, tofu, mushrooms, carrot and seaweed!

Tomorrow afternoon I've gotta sit an exam basically on what formulas I can remember from the past three years of my degree for four hours... Why do I have to do this? Because the department don't think the internet exists so it must be impossible to find them out there... Anyway, here's a #kitchenbymushie dinner again! And it's delicious! Fried udon with veggies and quorn, topped with a cheesy omelette!
This was a super tasty Japanese meal! And is it even worth saying this is #kitchenbymushie anymore?! 😂 Not even because of exam today, but because I was watching the fa cup final! It's homemade tempura (super crispy, super tasty) with Japanese curry and sticky rice! All homemade!
I've got my second exam tomorrow... 😭 Solid state physics... 😭 But that obviously means it's time for #kitchenbymushie!!! And it's a super tasty one - vegetarian tacos, using spicy breaded tofu, sriracha, avocado, cheese and red pepper! Delicious!!!
More #kitchenbymushie today, after she brought me back cool snacks from her trip to town whilst I was revising! (she's not revising because she hasn't got any exams, not because she's lazy!). Today's feast is a spicy sweet and sour, with aubergine and tofu, served with rice and topped with spring onions!
@mushie805 has no exams this semester! All her credits are locked up in a big coursework module that's basically finished now... But that means that she can cook for me whilst I keep on studying! So today it's time for some #kitchenbymushie! Delicious fried noodles, with chilli, carrot, pepper, mushrooms and broccoli, topped with a fried egg!
