Single leg press to finish leg workout, 3 sets and slightly higher reps at 12 - 15.
I'm a big fan of leg pressing, especially on plate loaded machines, can really focus on certain areas of the lower body to emphasise (I.e. Narrow stance lower position of feet can work the quads more and wide high position the glutes and hamstrings.
This said, because of position it's still more of a knee extension dominant exercise (hence why people tend to lift more weight on a press compared to squat) and wouldn't take the place of a squat or lunge. So I've been prioritising more of these movements 😌🙂💪🏼 #growlegsgrow
