Lets talk about Metabolism. What is Metabolism? Metabolism basically includes everything that happens in your body. Then digestion of food, the production of enzymes, your respiration, energy production, and myriad of other things which will take me months to write

But in the lay man terms it means the rate at which your Body can burn Calories. You must have heard these excuses like "Oh I have a slow metabolism so I cannot lose weight, that guy or girl has better metabolism thats why he/she can lose weight fast". And ofcourse they are right. If you have faster metabolism, you will lose fat fast

Here are 3 Simple Tips

1. Build more Muscle - It is extremely hard for body to build or maintain muscle. It has to spend alot of Energy in maintaining that Muscle Mass and as a side effect you get increased metabolism. Focus on lifting weights for 30-45 mins , 4-5 times per week for a start to Build More Muscle. Every bout of Intense Weight lifting will increase your Metabolsim for upto 72 hours
.
2. Eat more Protein- Thermic effect of food is the amount of calories spent in digesting amd assimilating a certain food. Indian diets are dominated by Carb and Fat rich foods which have least thermic effect. Protein on the other hand has the most Thermic effect which means your body has to spemd more energy to digest and assimilate Protein which Indirectly raises your Metabolism the whole day

3. Sleep before 12 AM - This by far is the most ignored element of Metabolism. People do not understand that our bodies have Circadian Rhythms. As the sun goes down, our bodies prepare us to go to bed by increasing for Growth Hormone(most important for Fat Loss) and reduces Cortisol (The Stress Hormone). If you are up late at night you disrupt this mechanism and you can start having Chronic High Cortisol issues which will damage your metabolism. So try to go to bed ad early as possible before 12 AM, get in 7-8 Hours of sleep

"PATIENCE" . This might be one of the most important and misunderstood terms when it comes to Positive Thoughts

Many of us tend to misuse this word as an excuse to Procrastinate. Patience does not mean to wait for the Right Moment or the Right Situation to take Action
.
Patience means that you take that Leap of Faith, following with Massive Action and waiting for the Universe to reward you for your efforts when you Deserve it
.
The Universe is too smart to reward to Undeserving People. If you are frustrated from taking Action and still not getting to where you want, remember that most of Succesful people spend their lives putting in Massive Inputs and staying majority of time at a Plateau before the Spike of Success Strikes
.
At first sight it seems it happened overnight but if you dig deeper you'll find How Long they had put in Action and put in the Grind in Private before they actually became successful in Public
.
Take that Leap of Faith or what most of us call as "Risk" , follow it with Massive Action which we call as "Hustle", have full trust in the Universe which we call as "FAITH" that when the right opportunity comes and you are prepared enough to become Successful which most of term as "LUCK"

🔥How to Lose Stubborn Fat🔥

We all have those areas which seem to never respond to the fat loss program. No matter how much fat percentage we lose, we just cant get rid of those love handles, lower stomach fat, chest fat, arm fat or thigh fat
.
Now these stubborn areas will vary from person to person but why cant you lose fat from them even when you have lost a lot of body fat from all the other areas?
.
The Answer to this question lies in the receptivity of the Group of Hormones known as Catecholamines majorly Adrenaline(epinephrine) and Noradrenaline (Norepinephrine) which decide the mobility of Fat from these areas
.
The areas which are usually most difficult to burn fat from have extremely weak receptivity of these Catecholamines and hence its difficult to mobilise fat from these areas. Also due to low receptivity these areas usually have lower temperature than the other body parts
.
Now I know spot reduction has not been proven but being a Trainer and working with over 300 clients, I can tell you from my experience that you can get rid of this stubborn fat from these areas
.
One of the most effective tip is to increase the frequency of particular bodypart with short bursts of Intense Training during the week. You do not want to overdo it since it can lead to overtraining but Low Volume Multiple Workouts will make sure that the particular body part is being stimulated and due to demands of recovery, and as an adaptation response the catecholamine receptivity and the temperature of that particular area will keep on improving with time
.

By the way if you expect anything other than that while chasing your Passion, you are fooling yourself

Lets not digress and come back. So I wanted to say that it's not so much about the result that keeps us Alive and Going

It's about where those actions and intentions originate from. Most of the time, we are operating from the conditionings and teachings of the people who have actually never listened to their heart

Accept the fact, it's a Brain Dominated world. Every action and relation we have is based out of Profit Loss mentality

What if I said that just listening to your Heart would solve 90% of your problems. Now I don't mean keep playing on Video Games if your Heart says that. But what if you really work your ass off for something that really matters to you, you will get everything you want
--
And at the end of the day we all are looking for one thing, it's not money, it's not cars, not even a big house.. it's very basic that any millionaire or even a starving child in Africa can afford. And that's happiness

Focus on what makes you happy. Focus on what makes others happy. Find a way to serve your Happiness to help people find their Happiness and you will become successful in no time

No matter whomsoever you idolise, follow, wish to be or want their life, you will always have your Unique Story

The struggle begins when you have to make your own decisions, choose your own army, and make your own mistakes, that's where Heart of a Champion lies in

You will always grow at your own pace. Whether Finances, Relations or Health, you will have your own struggles, own turbulences and your own story of conquering them

Easier said than done but take your time. Don't rush in for things to happen. Just because someone had it earlier than you doesn't mean you don't deserve it. There is no need to panick

Just be aware. Self aware. Let the Universe take you with it. Try not to resist. Even if you Resist try not to Force. Even if you Force just be there, be aware, have faith you are moving towards better things
.
Work on your Belief System. Ease into it. Let the things unfold naturally and effortlessly. The moment you stop resisting, and forcing, something in you awakens. The part of you that loves Peace more than the Chaos. The part that is Compassionate than Practical

Just be there and it will all come to you
