Work on the America style kettlebell swing. Work on vertical power and control.lead with the elbow and change the direction of the bar, do not simply lift with the arms. Concentrate on depth and extension on the dips. Control your trunk and extend vertically.
I don't post much but when I do then the day is going well . The snatched is not my event but I love the movement. Just hit 195# hang squat snatched for 3 and very proud which something that rarely happens. Shout out to @_mmarti for all the PR'S that she has been hitting all week. Having fun with this little press complex. It is going to be a year of personal obstacles and professional triumphs. For the first time in a long time I am looking forward to the future as well as making @_mmarti my permanent family. I hit 170# on this then hit 175# on the next. Building on confidence.
