#sundayfunday, What's up FitFam 💪 👊? This is a late Post-workout, Pull day with some Arms at my home gym, NSF! I lifted for 30 min or so, so let's see whether or not my Body will recover properly!

At any rate, I did the following: Reverse Flyes, Behind the Back Straight Arm Flyes, Stiff Deads, Dumbell Pendlay Rows, Wide Rows, Dumbell Deads, Reverse Dumbell Rows, and Unilateral Stiff Deads. -
I then supersetted with some Shoulders with, Dumbell Side Laterals, Upright Rows, Resistance Band Upright Rows, Unilateral Laterals, and Laterals. I supersetted again with the Stiff Deads, Pendlay Rows, Deads, Unilateral Wide Rows, Reverse, and Unilateral Stiff Deads. -
I ended with Arms and did Bicep Curls, BFR Curls, Tricep Extensions, and Resistance Band Curls. I also did some Shrugs and Core work. What did you guys hit today? Keep killing it out there FitFam 💪 #killeverything 🏋️

So you can train as much as you want but if you don't get your nutrition right you probably won't get the results you're looking for. Pre and post workout nutrition need to be at the top of your list of nutrition priorities to get the most out of your training: both for fueling workouts and recovering from them afterwards.

I prepare my pre and post meals the night before so that there is absolutely no way I won't get them right. The pics look a bit gnarly, but here's what I eat before and after working out. Every. Single. Workout. No Compromises.

Sunday reflection ☀️☀️☀️ How is this my life? The gym has been my sanctuary since I was a young college student just trying to get stronger so I could climb the rope in ROTC & make it through OCS to one day become a Marine Corps Officer. Over the last 20 years, the gym has been many things; stress relief, happiness, anger, defeat, a way to pass the time, therapy & growth. Most recently is has been stressful (try to succeed as a gym owner) & a way to provide stress relief & a satisfaction to the great community we have built. Idk if it was my new @flagnorfail tank or the donuts I had before my lift, but the delt pump was solid. 💯

I decided to dye my hair blueish, why? Because FUCK CANCER! Thats why. So many times I hear people assume Pink is the only color and (sadly) that is not the case. Teal (blueish lol) is the color for ovarian cancer.

Just got my first @butcher_box and tho the delivery guy lost my package and a package of chicken was ripped open I am STOKED about this box. #butcherbox is replacing my damaged chicken AND I had a steak last night and it was sooooooo goooooood. This is a good choice to get a stockpile of grass fed organic beef in your freezer .
