And this is the inside of Lady A's unicorn 🦄 cake. As you can see, the hoppers natural food colours don't come out super bright, they worked brilliantly in the jelly when they weren't heated, but something must happen in the reaction when baking.
Still, I'm really happy with the layered look, even if it wasn't bright rainbow - which to be honest, isn't real food anyway.
