Changed up my usual elderberry gummies today by make some strawberries and (coconut) cream gummies! Just strawberries puréed, full fat coconut milk and some honey to a total of two cups split in half and added 6 T of gelatin to the cold batch while I heated the other half on low. Then combined and put into molds! These guys hardened quickly! No real recipe just eyeballed it!

I had a bunch of Concord grapes 🍇 from our CSA that the hubs and I don't love and the seeds aren't great for little one so I made gummies! I used @vitalproteins gelatin and the homemade Concord grape juice and water plus a little extra vitamin C powder and water and they turned out delicious!

Popsicles take two! These are much more dessert like made with
1 can full fat coconut milk
2 T cocoa powder
2 T honey
Splash of honey
I made two of the four like this then I added 2 T of peanut powder for my the other two as a Reese's style treat.
Huge hit!

After testing out many different starchy breakfast options, I think we found a winner with this recipe for POWER CAKES! (I will post the ingredients and direction in the comments).

Just salted the pork leg we are having for tea tonight. Now to slow roast it for 2.5 hours. Time for a sit down and a cuppa before setting on the vegies and I think I will make desert for tonight. Thats if Trinity hasnt eaten all the honey on me.
