Friday holiday lunches. Super pancakes. They might be green and full of spinach, chia, flax and coconut oil, but they have choc chips and a little @doterraau peppermint oil in them, so my girls ate a whole bunch of these mint choc chip pancakes for lunch today.
I had a bunch of Concord grapes 🍇 from our CSA that the hubs and I don't love and the seeds aren't great for little one so I made gummies! I used @vitalproteins gelatin and the homemade Concord grape juice and water plus a little extra vitamin C powder and water and they turned out delicious!
Popsicles take two! These are much more dessert like made with 1 can full fat coconut milk 2 T cocoa powder 2 T honey Splash of honey I made two of the four like this then I added 2 T of peanut powder for my the other two as a Reese's style treat.
