BARS BARS BARS- can’t get enough of these protein bars at the moment 💪🏽😋 #sogood
•150 g of butter (or coconut oil), melted
•½ cup of sweetener (rice malt syrup or raw honey)
•¼ cup of raw cacao powder
•1½ cups approx rolled oats
•1½ cups of your choice of raw nuts (I used walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds) •1/2 cup pepitas &/or sunflower seeds
•1 heaped tablespoon of chia •1 heaped tablespoon flax seeds
•2 heaped tablespoons of hemp seeds
•1 cup desiccated or shredded coconut
Big pinch salt ⭐️How it’s done: 🔸Melt over low heat- butter, sweetener, cacao.
🔸Toast in frypan- nuts, seeds firstly, then add coconut.
🔸Mix all ingredients together and pulse in food processor (if no processor, roughly chop nuts and seeds, then mix all in a bowl). 🔸Press into tin & freeze.
🔸Cut into bars and keep in freezer 👏🏼🙌🏻💪🏽😋
