Normally we’d have yoghurt on our pancakes, but we’ve run out, so I whipped up some ricotta with the last spoonful of yoghurt we had. Served with fresh fruit, nuts and seeds and maple syrup...delicious!
Breakfast doesn’t need to be always sweet 😉 We are Italians so we are used to milk + something sweet in the morning (cookies/cereals/cake/bread&jam/waffle/pancakes....) usually homemade and with the lowest amount of sugar possible. This morning we decided to celebrate our American side with a savory breakfast 😆 Quick and simple to prepare, yummy and nutritious...approved by the kids! Have an awesome weekend everyone!! #kidsbreakfast#kidsfood#organicfood#toddlerbreakfast#toddlermeals#babyledweaning
Your weekend will start right with this one bowl (yes, only 1!) fudgy, chocolate banana bread. And don’t be fooled by the fudgy-ness! This recipe will still support those healthier January goals as it’s made with spelt flour, refined sugar free & oil free without skimping on taste & texture. The little Sunday Bakers loved it! Have a great Saturday friends! Link in profile.
