My boys finished an entire week of the "Double Time" program. Levi struggles with staying focused the entire time, he'd rather jump in and out of the workout room 😂 Today's workout was only 11 minutes long, so that helped. The workouts range from 10-30 mins. But I promise they are over FAST! The time really goes by fast. Carter is doing really well but has a hard time with form; squats and push-ups are difficult. We will work on that as the month goes on. The objective with this program for my young aged children is just to have an organized play daily, that is fun and gets them moving. We spend time together, laugh and work on getting healthier. It leads to great conversations on taking care of our bodies and minds. This program is excellent to get people moving together.
