Don Ready is many things, but he is best-known as an extraordinary salesman. When a car dealership in Temecula teeters on the brink of bankruptcy, he and his ragtag team dive in to save the day. But what Ready doesn't count on is falling in love and finding his soul.
The movie promises hard sell right from the title, and it delivers on that promise. The main character Don Ready is a pretty straightforward person, which in a way is what makes him a good salesman in the first place. He has a huge challenge in front of him: to save a drowning ship. Luckily, Don is “The Goods” Ready and he, as every true salesman would, in the end figures out how to raise a failing local car-dealership from the ashes, and all that until the Fourth of July. And we all know how much people like to shop at that time.
This end scene leading up to the close is a perfect example holistic storytelling and how to paint the picture and sell on the benefits and not the features of a product. Love it!

You’re feelings can fluctuate by the minute. But your values, while they evolve, are grounded in what you stand for.
You're spending too much time competing and comparing and not enough time dominating.
