I'm in Boston today...Sharing this simple yet effective @ultimatesandbag complex from the other day...5 Hinge/Dead 👉 5 High Pull 👉 5 Power Clean 👉 5 Squat Press (@jerry_peakpt & I did several sets at this tempo, I had to slightly modify due to my rt. foot) We paired this complex with several rounds of the previous #kbcomplex & #mace Squats, 360 and 10&2.
