👋🏻Pushing, pulling and carrying. As simple as it gets. We always say train movements not muscles.
Everybody knows about squats. It's nothing fancy, but its a real staple of ours. Why? Because learning to stabilize your ankles, knees and hips is pretty important. Learning to do this while maintaining a neutral spine is even more important. Your tomorrow self might thank you for that nice little soreness in the butt, but your 70 year old self will be writing you thank you letters from the future when you can do what you want while your friends can't pick up a newspaper without complaining of pain.
Pulling shit. well that's pretty important too. When was the last time you actually pulled something? Weird that you can't remember. What do you think the back muscles are for?....I'll give you a hint, it's not for stretching so you can round over the desk more. Well, they help to keep you upright like the homo sapien you where born to be. Pulling movements help to engage these muscles and keep you erect....yea erect.
Carries....See all of the above....you get the drift. Just do them. 🤸🏻♂️
