Welcome back. An week on the road left me tight in the hips, loose in the back, and round in the mid section 😂😂😂. But not lifting and getting off your diet is not the end of the world. Have a plan when you get back at it. Plan your meals for the week, ease into training, don't forget to stretch and roll. Maybe spend the first day back with yoga and core work. This was my welcome back. A slow beefy focus workout. By focus I mean slow your tempo and focus on those prime movers in each group.

NRW-Meisterschaft 2018 ging sehr erfolgreich zu Ende. Ich bin zum ersten Mal im LC mit 2x24kg angetreten. Nicht meine Parade-Disziplin, aber dennoch sehr cool mitrlerweile. Nach 10min und 111 Wiederholungen (PR) war ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis! Starke Leistung auch von meinem Schüler Alexander Jäck, der mit 109 Wh. eine sehr stolze Leistung und neuen PR erzielt hat!
Auch insgesamt sind die Leistungen der einzelnen Athleten gestiegen. Der Konkurrenz-Gedanke erwickelt sich immer mehr zum Positiven! Freue mich auf weitere Wettkämpfe in Deutschland. 2019 wir sehr spannend!

Finishing the warm up with triple TGUs. I love just gradually moving up on these. Started with a smooth 24kg a few months ago and mostly pleased with how this 36kg looks.
