Happy Monday, #fitfam 😊. Das Wochenende war ja viel los und so mancher war fleißig. Ich nicht🙈Eigentlich wollte ich heute joggen, hat irgendwie ständig geregnet. Habe mal wieder #kettlebell training gemacht und wollte dann noch raus und bin aber #nordicwalking gelaufen. Irgendwie ist mein Fuß komisch, da muss ich wohl aufpassen😧. Habe den Monat die 140 km geknackt halb/halb #joggen und #nordicwalking. Der Wille ist zurzeit ganz groß, aber mein Körper muss sich wohl daran gewöhnen. Bin sonst im Schnitt die Hälfte gelaufen und letzten Monat das erste Mal über 100 km. 8626 Kalorien...nur Laufen ohne Kraft sind es gesamt vielleicht 9.000 Kalorien....wow ein Träumchen. Endlich passiert mal was 😃. #makemyday
