Kettlebell Circuit ๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿป For those of you who, like me, love a kettlebell (especially when it's pink), try this little circuit to raise your heart rate and build strength!
TAG your gym buddy and try it together, or plan it into this weeks workouts for some added #MondayMotivation !
1. Reverse lunge to windmill x10 (each side)
2. Staggered stance RDL's x10'(each side)
3. Single arm swings x20
Aim for four rounds of this circuit, taking minimum rest between exercises and 60-90 seconds rest between each circuit!
