Can you eat fast food on Keto? ::: Obviously we know that the quality of food you are getting at some fast food restaurants may not be up to par with food that you are making yourself. However, it is inevitable that sometimes when you are on the go, fast food is the most convenient option. ::: Eating fast food does not have to mean breaking Keto though! Typically, there are Keto-Friendly options at every restaurant you go to. That may mean removing a bun or getting a salad, but that doesn't mean it cant be done! ::: Here are some of my go-to Keto-Friendly fast food options! ::: (@theketologist repost) ::: Bottom Line: We’ve all been there where we’re on the road and the easy, convenient option is grabbing something quick from a fast food restaurant. Always, always, always make this the last option but the whole point of this post is that when you do decide to go with fast food it doesn’t mean you can’t still eat Keto. My go-to fast food Keto meal is Wendy’s 1/4 pound burger patties (just the meat). They’re about $1.25 each and have a 67/33 (protein/fat) ratio according to MyFitnessPal and they’re by far the freshest meat product at the major fast food chain restaurants. ::: #keto#ketogenicdiet#fat#fatfueled#hflc#healthy#satiating#delicious#foodismedicine#lowcarb#ketones#lowcarblifestyle#primal#ketosis#healthyfat#intermittentfasting#IF#lchf#health#highfat#moderateprotein#protein#nosugar#ketone#eatfatgetfit#nutrition#ketonian#ketopower
Had a whole bunch of miscellaneous nuts and shredded coconut so I tossed it together with 2 tbsp melted Kerry gold, a butt ton of Saigon cinnamon and 2 tbsp pyure. Baked for 20 minutes @ 350. So delicious 😋 Could even be good as a cereal!
