I have been self conscious about my body image for as long as I can remember, especially since having kids. I can't remember there being a time in the last 11 years that I was comfortable, HAPPY and at peace with my body and life.......until NOW! 🙌💕 I was so unhappy and lost and felt like I had to be 100% perfect and in control of all situations or I was a complete failure. I made a career out of working out, looking good and feeling good. BUT it wasn't working, I was still lost.
Six short weeks ago I found something that gave me my life back in more ways than one. I haven't changed anything besides adding Ketones to my life. I now feel good about myself, I'm less stressed, I don't obsess about being perfect in everything ESPECIALLY my workouts and eating, but most importantly I'm happy and not lost.
Because here's the deal friends, nobody is perfect and we shouldn't be stressing ourselves trying to be. Do what you want. Eat what you enjoy.
Find a LIFESTYLE you can stick with on a level that makes you LOVE YOURSELF most!
