{Day 40} Breakfast is a vanilla protein shake (that I can't finish) and 2 lemon cream cheese clouds (cream cheese and butter fat bombs.) I just really didn't feel like eating eggs this morning. This filled me up for about 5 g of carbs. Determined to be under 20 today! Had an awesome leg workout last night and hoping to turn all this protein into muscle!

I've worked incredibly hard to get to this point. I've succeeded, I've failed, I pushed myself, I cried. This was my first picture I ever made public of myself, and how overweight I was. I finally was pissed at myself enough that I wanted everyone to know I was going to change. And since I did that, I have come further in my journey than I ever have. I am now a size 18 where I used to be a size 22-24. I have more energy where I used to be lethargic and lazy. The pain in my ovaries has dropped dramatically from my pcos. My skin is better, I feel better. I feel healthy. I have lost a total of 69 lbs since my son in April 2016. 37 lbs of that since I started keto in January, which is when this top picture was taken. The bottom is today at 276 lbs. I can no longer wear these pants, unless they are tied completely. I have 101 lbs to go, and I'm not stopping now.

{Day 39} Nope! Not today! I didn't get it done. And I thought I was doing pretty good! Protein bar for breakfast, bunless burger for lunch, and sausage and peppers for dinner. No obvious carbs anyways! Once I figured out that I was way over 20 g carbs, I decided that I might as well have a serving of halo top as the cherry on top of a well-intentioned but far from perfect eating day. Logging my foods BEFORE I eat them tomorrow!

{Day 39} I forgot to post yesterday's dinner. It's my favorite #keto dinner! Hamburger with cheese, an over easy fried egg, bacon and avocado. I added some lettuce, pickles, mayo and mustard, too, after I took this picture. 750 calories, 61 g fat, 48 g protein, 9 g carbs. Honestly, it left me feeling a little bloated but it's oh do good so I'll just drink plenty of water to counteract it today. No regrets!

{Day 37} I did it! I kept to 20 g of carbs yesterday! Honestly, these macros look pretty dang on point. Hopefully, this little adjustment helps to get things moving a little more. Originally, my goal was to see the 140s by July 1st. Not sure if that's still possible but I'm going to go full speed ahead towards it! Let's do this!

2. I got hit by a car when I was six walking home from the bus stop.
3. I'm 39 and in school (again!) The end goal is to be a school counselor.

6. I have my very own special kiddo. My oldest has #autism. And he's amazing!

11. I love tennis and have played most of my life.

13. My biggest pet peeve is probably having dirty feet. It makes me crazy!
14. I've been married almost 17 years! I was just a babe of 22 when I met and fell in love with my husband.
15. I am a major chocoholic. Eat some every day. (Although, now it's only 90% dark, of course!)

{Day 36} And it's always in the middle of some good deep sleep, too! This here is why you have to stay on top of your hydration when eating keto! It's one of my biggest worries- that my electrolytes are off. What's your best tip for getting proper electrolytes??
