Peanut Butter Cheesecake Fat Bombs for dessert!🥜🍰🤤
These were supposed to be “Cookie Dough Fat Bombs” but these in no way taste like cookie dough. These glorious, glorious gems are most certainly peanut butter cheesecake bites. Either way, DELICIOUS!
Peanut Butter Cheesecake Fat Bombs:
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1 stick (1/2 cup) Butter, salted
1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter (I used regular Jif peanut butter, including the added sugar and stuff)
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
15 drops Liquid Stevia
Pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt
Combine all ingredients together using a mixer or by hand (this takes work but, totally doable). Scoop 12 portions onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes and enjoy!
