Sorry my video-making skills aren't quite up to par lol, 😂 before the video started, I had already chopped and cooked the boneless skinless chicken thighs, one bell pepper, 3 carrots, one organic vegan bouillon cube and fresh ginger in a mix of olive oil 1 tbsp, and 1 tbsp sesame oil. I add more sesame later; as the flavour of the oil seems to disappear somewhat with cooking❤
P.s. sorry, I really don't measure things when I cook lol...I have fun with it, and taste as I go...every time it's different and every time it's still great...if you have to always follow a recipe, cooking can feel like a chore-to me anyway...so be a magician in the kitchen and just throw some stuff in!
