Good Morning. Today is Day 20. Im pretty proud of myself 20 day is a long period for me to go with #nocheats. I feel pretty good no real cravings but my weight is stalled again. This always happens. I was 226 when i got back from holidays and now i am fluttering between 215-217. Mind you i did get my period during this time but thats done and gone. Any suggestions? I feel like Im holding a lot of water but not sure why....my hands/arms and legs/feet are a bit puffy. Let's talk about cheese. I've noticed that I lots of inflammation when I have cream. I seem to feel ok with cheese and butter...BUT does anyone have really slow weight lids when they eat cheese? I've considered dropping it but it sure makes eating out much easier! Would love to hear your experiences.

This is not a Halloween post! 😱Today I went to an out-of-hours doctors as my upper abdominal pain was unbearable. I was sent to A&E and had some tests done and was diagnosed with suspected Biliary Colic, or Gallbladder attack. My gallbladder is apparently inflamed/infected and therefore causing me a lot of pain. From googling my symptoms the last few days, it wasn't a huge surprise but disappointing nonetheless. I was prescribed Buscopan for the pain and have to go back next week for further testing and possible removal. I'm posting this because I was told to stay away from fatty foods completely and bin my hflc diet. Not ideal as I was feeling great (obviously until this) on keto but at the moment I can barely eat a thing without squirming in pain so I'm going to cut fat out my diet and stay under 20g of carbs so sorry you won't see any bacon or cheese here until I'm better.
