Tofu marinated in ketjap (sweet soy sauce) and bruschetta herbs 🥯🥒🌯
How do you make it:
Slice tofu in 12 slices after you drained it. Lay a dish towel on a cookie sheet or tray. Place some paper towels on top of that and put something heavy above it. I used a second cookie tray first and put heavy things on top.
After most of the water is pressed out the tofu slices, put them in a bowl or a deep dish and drain them in ketjap. Add 3 teaspoons of bruschetta herbs. Turn the tofu every once in a while and cover them again with the mix. Let sit for at least 2 - 2,5 hours.
How to bake:
I prepared it in the airfryer, but the oven works too. You only need to preheat the oven, you can turn the airfryer on right away without heating it first. Preheat the oven on 200 degrees celsius / 400 degrees Fahrenheit and bake them for 20 minute, 10 minutes on each side.🥪
