WHAT I ATE TODAY🔸today was an ideal day for me. I eat ALOT and it’s easy and delicious. Breakfast: egg waffle with spinach, feta, and hot sauce with a protein waffle with blueberries. Snack: tangerine. Lunch: tuna lettuce wraps, crackers, and grapes. Snack: chocolate smoothie with banana, peanut butter, spinach, and almond milk. Dinner: Hawaiian bbq chicken zucchini noodle with pineapple and feta. Snack: apple, cheese, and peanut butter.
