Saturday’s can be difficult to stay on track but it’s important to make being healthy a lifestyle everyday not just Monday - Friday. Feeling great after a 25 minute ab workout right here in my living room! I get asked all the time how I stay motivated to workout at home. So many say they aren’t motivated to do it at home. Well first motivation has to come from with you. You have to want to do better for yourself. Second it doesn’t matter if you are at home or at the gym because you still have to put in the work. I choose to workout at home because it’s convenient, saves me time, money and I don’t have to think about what workout to do as it’s all laid out for me. Totally threw this soup together with what I had in the fridge and pantry and it was SO good! Jaden had 2 bowls!! Chicken soup with zucchini, red bell peppers, fire-roasted tomatoes, cannellini beans, tons of fresh garlic and rosemary. .

Feeling strong today!! Loving my upper body strength gains! Oh yeah and this came from working out at home 😉. As a busy family of 4 with kids in sports I struggled finding time to make it to the gym. My life changed so much when I started a doing workout programs at home. I have no excuses now! It’s been awesome as I can balance all of life’s demands better. Need something different? I try to eat veggies for snacks or as a part of my meal the majority of the time. I don’t always want them cooked and raw veggies can get old after awhile especially when you’re not eating an unhealthy dip to go with them lol!! It doesn’t get any simple than cucumbers 🥒! -

I peeled a lot of the cucumber but left a little skin on it. This literally has some EVOO, red wine vinegar, garlic, Italian seasoning and a little salt and pepper. You can eat it right away or it’s even better if you let it sit in the fridge a couple hours. I make this a lot but wanted to share. When I have more time I also chop a red onion and some cherry tomatoes and add it to the cucumbers. Nothing fancy but something you probably forgot all about 😊.

In the last week of this program so doing workouts for the last time. I’ve gotten great results with this program (posted my results on my page yesterday) and I love helping other women do the same. We all have things going on in life. I’m a #wife , mom of 2 busy kids, and an #entrepreneur but I still make me a priority. I started off doing this 20-30 minutes/day. I am OVER THE MOON excited about my results of this program I started on January 15!! We are done with all 3 phases and have peak week to go which is just 1 week. I feel amazing and I’m so much stronger!

If I based my success solely based on the scale and nothing else I would have been upset with my results because, full transparency, the scale barely moved! BUT I know it’s about more than a number...because I know that I’ve lost fat and gained muscle and I am down 10 freaking inches, I know that these results are real! I’ve lost so much fat in my stomach and back! Did I eat a lot less food or starve myself? Absolutely not! In fact many days I struggled to eat the amount of food I was supposed to eat. Give your body the right foods!

My scramble turned into an open faced omelet today!! This was just amazing!!! This was 2 eggs, power greens (kale, spinach and chard) and 1/2 a small sweet potato! Eating healthy is a choice and I choose to eat healthy food with my own twist with spices and herbs!

Though it wasn’t in the morning like usual, I still got my workout done! Today was the last day in phase 3 of this program and it’s made me quite reflective of where I am now vs. where I was just a couple of months ago. I am so much stronger and feel so much better than I have. I never thought I could workout for close to an hour each day but I’ve done it and haven’t missed a workout. We have 1 week to go!
