1.6 miles on #cybexarctrainer and 0.85 miles on the #treadmill in 14 min😡🏃‍♂️
Full hour of upper body weights plus 110 lb squats 8 sets of 8 reps🏋️‍♂️ And tomorrow... My first street run in the year and a half that it's been since I injured my knee #itstime .
