This is what consistency and dedication looks like, @jimbobiceps started this bulk off and every week has dropped weight even though we pile the calories on week after week. Starting weight was 217lbs with starting Macros P275 C400 F65 and in the past 8 weeks he has dropped down to 210 lbs with macros currently at P300 C630 F100 stand by for the next 8 weeks!
I usually train legs twice per week and I make it worth it, living the gym with shaky legs, barely walking. But it took me a long time to reach my goals, and still trying. Currently 51.8 kilos and I love my gains ♥️Remember, people who are trying to take you down are usually one step behind you.
