Todays #WorkoutWednesday shows the compete side of our training.
We look to test ourselves several times a year with our #ApexPredatorChallenge to not only test ourselves to ensure improvements but also to suffer and test our mental toughness.
It's easy to go through the gears in training days and ride the wave of enthusiasm when it comes but when you have a solid time/weight/volume to beat written upfront of you there is nowhere left to hide.
You either improved or you got worse. Everyone's allowed a bad day but the constant testing means you should be better more times that your worse.
