Green power!! Now you guys know what I drink first thing in the morning (warm water, Apple cider vinegar and lemon). It's time to show you what's next and here it is:
1) Matcha powder
2) liquid chlorophyll
3) clean greens ( spirulina, kale, wheat grass, barley grass, spinach and broccoli)
The purpose of these drinks are to aid detoxification, boost energy levels, help alkaline my blood, supply me with much needed nutrients and to hydrate me. Essentially after my breakfast and these drinks I have consumed around 10 veggies by 11am, pretty good going I say.
