Keep calm and CURRY on! • • • It was a crazy long day today but it was so nice to cook this meal with David and enjoy it together. Zucchini noodles were made with the help of my awesome husband AND kitchen aid mixer via the spiralizer attachment. Used pre chopped and frozen peppers & onions from Aldi’s, some cubed chicken and Yai’s Thai yellow spicy curry sauce (thanks to @thrivemkt).
