Dinner last night. Greek-ish Chicken and Veggie kebabs (red onion green and red peppers). The chicken kebabs we used 4 chicken breasts, I cut into small pieces and marinated in: 6 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp minced garlic (I hate chopping garlic I just used the stuff that comes in a jar 😊), 4-5 tbsp oregano, 1 tsp cumin, didn't measure the red pepper flakes, add to taste, squeezed juice of one lemon, and dashes of salt and pepper. Stir up, add the chicken in and mix around to cover, marinate in fridge for a few hours. Then grill!
