40 lbs down, and over a year later I still LOVE this program. When I first looked at these pictures side by side, I felt like I looked almost like two different people. (I promise THAT IS [ME] in both photos) However, I can say it also IS two different people... the person on the left was depressed, anxious, have daily anxiety attacks, and no self confidence. The person on the right, is happy, strong, and healthy mentally and physically! -

This is what 63 weeks of @kayla_itsines #bbg has done for me, and an additional 2 weeks of #bbgstronger - I start week 3 of the bbgstronger program today, and I'm loving it! I've loved ALL of BBG though... why? Because to me, the program is realistic. A program I really believe I can keep up with during all stages as life. Why take progress photos? This is why. Because we are so close to our own progress often times we lose sight of how far we have come or doubt that we are progressing because we depend on a scale or clothing sizes for affirmation... but your body and make positive progress and defy both of those arbitrary measures of success. Mine has. My weight is almost the exact same between these two photos BUT my clothing size has gone down OH --- AND I'm x100 stronger now! .

✨Transformation Tuesday✨ It looks like a 'hair' transformation but it's more than just my hair! These pics are 7years apart! ⬅️Weak ➡️Strong..... In 2010 I was battling anorexia and weighed a shocking 43kg. My hair was weak, nails, teeth, everything was weak especially my self esteem😔.... I was on strict calories and I ran everyday. I'm now 53kg, strong hair, nails, teeth, I've gained muscle and confidence💪🏻 I eat to fuel and nourish my body and I workout not to be skinny, but to be strong👊 I use @kayla_itsines BBG program, only 28 minutes a day and I have 'rest days'✌️Remember girls, skinny is not attractive, Strong is 🙌 .

When at first you don’t succeed, try again

This motto can apply to so many things in life, but for me, in this moment, it’s referring to arm day! Some days you will have bad workouts or you’ll just skip it all together. The most important thing is that you don’t give up, you let it go, take the time and try again the next day. I had a horrible arm workout on Wednesday and rather than let it ruin my day, I cut it short, did something else, and tackled it again today

Was it perfect? No. Was it better than Wednesday? Yes. Do I feel like a bad ass boss for kicking it’s butt? HECK YES!

Can you see a difference between left and right⁉️I CANT but I know it's a huge difference in my MIND 🙏🏼 and NUTRITION 🥞🍐🥑🍑 I wanna show you this girls, because diet and sport has a lot of myths and false facts. I'm not a Doctor neither a nutritionist, I only share whats my experience on this journey. LEFT ⏪ I did about 4-5 runs a week and 3 resistance of BBG, eating 1500 kcal a day LOW CARB - totally focused on the weight. ⏩ RIGHT I accepted my butt, I restarted BBG, I accepted myself, I workout hard because I wanna get stronger, NO CARDIO and a lot of carbs in the end a SURPLUS to gain muscles of 2400 kcal / a day 💪🏼I'm so happy I've found Kaylas Itsines programm because I learned such a lot the past 2 1/2 years. The difference between these photos is my understanding of my body 💗I’m not the leanest that I have been in my past two years of my fitness journey at the moment but what I can tell you is that I am now very comfortable in my skin and know what works for me ! So I took this pic on Sunday and immediately had to think back to @kayla_itsines bootcamp in Berlin one and a half years ago. By then, I had already been doing the BBG for more than a year and was really happy with my progress and how my abs showed😍. I've been working out and following BBG for about 18 months now. I tend to run twice a week, do bbg twice a week and I do HIIT circuits twice a week ☺️ I follow a low FODMAP diet for my IBS and I drink plenty of water. This is what works for me and I have built my physical strength up slowly 💗 look after your body and it will look after you ✨

This morning I ran sprints. It’s been quite some time since I’ve ran sprints and it was amazing. Nothing makes me feel more revved up than sprinting and chasing away any concerns I have for the day. Plus, who doesn’t love a good sweat!

This is the reality and one of my goals to do 10 push ups without break from now in one month! Here we go! Up is the easy way so I have to train a set of 10 4 times 3-4 days in a week!
