Good practice tips: - Practice in a warm (but not hot) area. You need warm muscles to keep limber.
- Turn the lights down, minimize distractions, face a wall or non distracting visual.
- Warm Up w/ Vinyasas and gentle stretches
- Cool Down w/Savasana (even 3 min Savasana is better than none). The stillness of Savasana allows your body to settle after the practice and opens your mind to all the emotions during the series...give your mind room to be aware and allow for Total Relaxation... #KaiaFIT #IRONGIRL #kaiafitcarson
