Today's breakfast is some delicious oatmeal mixed with @sinisterlabs hell'a honey and @kagedmusclesupps vanilla kasein! This is by far one of the creamiest oatmeal dishes I've ever had and it's taste like a sin!
1/4 cup instant oatmeal

If you can't use all four pieces of equipment, look for suitable substitutes, or perform straight sets with short rests.

Middle set of a 3x3 at 365. First time going somewhat heavy. The trials and tribulations have worn me out. But slowly I'm finding the strength, the faith, the perseverance even though under the mask isn't pretty.
