Lately my body has been talking to me, and I'm listening! My desire for red meat, chicken, and even turkey is slowly dwindling! Not sure why, but I'm going with it! In the past, when I've experimented with vegan(ish) eating, my body's responded so well. I say 'ish' because I definitely still want eggs, fish & shellfish lol
So dinner tonight followed my gut [literally] 😂
Brown rice, mushrooms, onions, sautéed spinach, pinto beans and tomatoes topped with lemon asparagus. And I love that my nutritional plan spells out what vegan(ish) proteins to supplement in so that I am taking in what I need. #kabooom.
