Today was CHEST and TRICEPS DAY!!! Also hit a little bit of little bit of CORE. Worked out with my dude @heart_lotus_rathi and a spot from my friend @t_talbs3 . Was feeling really good today, hit 255 on Decline Barbell Bench, hit 110 Dumbbells on Flat Bench!! Can’t wait to keep seeing it rise! I weighed in at 177 pounds this morning.

Today was LEG DAY!! And a little bit of CORE.
Got after it today, went after 365 on Squats and hit it once but I'm going to get it next time, no doubt. Also got 365 3 times on Deadlift. Finally getting back to the heavy weight! I weighed in at 176 pounds this morning.

Today was SHOULDERS, BICEPS and TRICEPS DAY!! Hit the workout hard with my dude and motivator @heart_lotus_rathi Came in with a good mentality and had someone pushing me the whole way. Got up to 70s on Over Head Press and 365 for Heavy Shrugs. I weighed in at 176 pounds this morning.

Today was CHEST and BACK DAY! Ended with some CORE. I haven't been doing CORE or cardio. Should probably get on that, but who wants to do that anyway. I ended up with a really nice pump today and started taking pre-workout again. I hit 245 on Flat Bench and 90s on Incline Bench. Can't wait to see the weights go even higher. I weighed in at 176 pounds this morning.

Today was BICEP and TRICEP DAY! I was debating on going into the gym today because of classes and work, but I got a pretty quick ARM workout in. Went in with a good intensity and came out with a good pump. This was my second week without pre workout. I weighed in at 175 pounds this morning.

Today was SHOULDER and ARMS DAY! When I showed up to the gym, I really wasn't feeling it, but while I was warming up, one of my best friends @t_talbs3 showed up and we killed it. He gave me the energy to keep going, because we always try to push each other and have a little bit of fun doing it by having little friendly competitions. I weighed in at 176 this morning.
