Back needs to get fuckin bigger!... Now!
Time to head back in for back day #2 for the week! Been basically all liquid diet last week or so til now and some puking here and there still lol but hey were growing! Well I hope these bitches ain't lying to me in the gym haha

Back to the meal plan. Yes meal plan for offseason.. I know odd that I dont want to get fluffy in off-season right ;)
But really I am excited that my gut is back 100%. I now know what I need to do to avoid further complications in the future. So now.. we smash and try to build a brick house back! A back people aww at... That is what's great about this sport as its an art you get to create your vision with good ol iron sculpting your physique... Simply listening to my body at this point. Ive had soo many ups and downs this off season. I'm not where I want to be by any means.. I should be 250 by now.. Maybe its me being hard on myself since I live up to such high expectations of my coach and myself as a coach. Staying lean was just not working. I still believe in maintaining leanness in off season but at this point I need to eat for fuel and size. And as doing so I'm def adding the size I wanted to.... months ago. Have I accrued a lil fat in doing so? Sure... But truly we all know I've dieted down in 5 weeks so I know if I wanted to be shredded next month I can be.. Maybe the realization of that is what helped me flip the switch? Who knows but the one thing I do know is our perception in bodybuilding can be very off sometimes.

Sometimes coaches don't realize how just having a chat with them they made an influence on that client. Spoke with mine just briefly as a quick checkin and he made me realize I was chasing things wrong. Even I get very zealous and want things faster. But realizing faster can mean fatter ;) not that I was getting that out of shape I just wanted to take a step back and just trim up a bit since I really have never cut for anything other than a show. So here I am at 213 trimmed back a good 15 lbs and just sharpened up ;) im ready to see what kind of freak I can be with a bit more cals back in and a touch of science ;) time to grow!#justtryingtonotbetiny #teamnothighgap #rawsquad #mattporterapproved

Truly not happy with these. Pissed actually. But that only causes the fire and desire to push like a fucking beast. The illness kicked my ass. First it was the nasty h.pylori causing high amounts of bloat and gut pain followed by vomiting anything I ate. Fixed that then still had ulcers from the h pylori that would not go away. Finally after switching from prilosec to zantac, adding in beano for the bloat and of course the fun fasting for 24 hours my body flipped instantly overnight...... This is day 2 of 100%.
215 currently time to figure out my next path of action.

Not too shabby for only eating 4 x a day and still recovering internally from this mess. I swear my gut hates me. Everytime I start blowing up the gut says fuck you. This shows right here that nutrition is key to growth people! When I eat sound in the offseason I grow the right way and fast. Anyone would if they just stuck to it for a few months to begin to see the results u can achieve. Then when the results come it just drives you even further to make even more progress.
Moral of the story: you wanna grow like a Fuckin beast you gotta eat sound! The right amount of protein the right amount of carbs and the right amounts of data all timed at the right time. Guaranteed ill we big changes.. But hey who am I? And what do I know? 😉

Today is officially last dose of antibiotics! Now to replenish natural gut flora. Back to grinding hard for growth! Why? Because I'm #justtryingtonotbetiny and being normal is not something I care to be.
